Cavities in 5 years Kid
My 5+ years kid maximum tooth have cavities.The two jaw teeth are entirely black.She never have any pain.Is it necessary to get them filled or removed or it will fall naturally?Any worries that it will be anything serious as those two tooth's are full of cavities

It's very important to get the teeth treated. Milk teeth have a very important role as space maintainers. If they shed off early the permanent teeth will not come in their proper position and also lot of chances of permanent teeth to get carious too because of high caries causing bacterial count in the mouth
