Cats have rabies ?
Hello doctor, actually my concern is, yesterday I was having lunch with my friend at a dhaba where there were many stray kittens playing around Now to my suprise my stupidious friend was constantly feeding the kittens with his hands while eatimg and touching the same common food of ours So is there any need to concern for the same because l remain really anxious of these things and believe hat the rabies virus could spread like this to me Please guide!! I am really very anxious !!!

Hello Rabies in cats is rare . The cat has be a rabid cat for rabies to spread and a rabid animal BITE causes rabies . Really nothing to worry but practice of good hygiene is always good . Tell your friend next time wash hands before eating .
