MS (eye) is basic qualification for eye doctor ,there is no super speciality degree like DM or M Ch in eye ,you just require training where these works are being done under proper guidance, with regards

For cataract surgery,no special training or qualification is required...Any Ophthalmologist can perform Cataract surgery
Yes..Many retina surgeon operate cataract also and they are equally good cataract surgeon also
