Cataract is detected in both the eyes, please suggest whether to go for operation or not. Also in 1 eye the cataract is more as compared to the other, so will the operation of both the eyes will be done at the same time. And what is the total cost for the whole operation.

Hi, The only effective treatment for cataracts is surgery. If you need cataract surgery in both eyes, your doctor will schedule surgery to remove the cataract in the second eye a month or two after the first surgery...
