I have cat she every day scratch and bite my hand when she is playing with me most time she is outside home, her bitting and scratching is dangurous for me?

Yes, if u are not protected by rabies immunisation Also cat need to be vaccinated too There are also risks of you getting infected with other parasites too, if the cat is mostly in wild
