Carrot and cucumber
Is it ok to have carrot and cucumber as salad together with lunch? Does it affect in any manner? Lunch includes normal Indian style meal of either roti sabzi or rice dal.sabzi and curd sometimes

In normal conditions it's doesn't matter,but it's good when you eat salad first . You must take proper nutritious diet in lunch specially you can take daal, chaval, roti and sabzi
