Carries in wisdom tooth
I had carries in 7 and 8 tooth in lower j aw. 7 was restored by RCT last week and 8 th  was repaired by removal of decayed part and filling. But even after 5 days I have continuous pain in 8 the and sensitivity. I am not able to eat even soft food from that side. Yesterday one dentist has suggested extraction of tooth . Kindly advice. The x ray attached is before RCT

Hi! I would like to know the type of restoration you have in your 8th. Also, I would like to know what problem is more severe -- pain or sensitivity? Also attach a new x-ray (the one showing restoration).
Next Steps
Ask for symptomatic relief until definite treatment line is finalized.
Health Tips
Don't panic and don't take any decision in hurry.

According to this x ray diagnosis of your dentist was right. No. 7 needed RCT and very small filling in no. 8. Extraction of 8 is not advisable. Try to get an x-ray after RCT and filling. Probably filling in 8 is not done properly. It may require refilling.
