Carpal tunnel syndrome

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I m suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome from 7 years, it aggregates every few months. Consulted many doctors but they suggest only physiotherapy. I m 5 feet 2 inch and weight 65 kgs. Pls help.

Carpal tunnel syndrome first line of management is conservative therapy ,if pain persistent can do surgical decompression, consult orthopedic surgeon get treated
