Care of wound post nail avulsion
My left toe thumb nail was almost detached with injury 4 days ago at my native place. Doctor removed the nail completely. Dressings are changed twice after that. Today I am going back to Bangalore. The wound so far has no infection. How many days should i keep the wound in dressing? Should it be open after that? How do i take care of this wound?
