Hi..Brush twice daily with any herbal paste for at least five minutes. Do flossing if possible. Undergo scaling from dentist once a year. Avoid sweets at night. Avoid carbonated drinks like Pepsi and Coke. Visit dentist once in three months for check up. Use tooth mouse paste for one month. Undergo pit and fissure sealants from dentist. You can see me by booking appointment for cavity prevention procedures.

Hi there...firstly you should maintain your oral hygiene by brushing and flossing twice daily.. Tongue cleaning...and professional scaling once in six months...
Additionally... You can use "GC Tooth mousse plus creme" to protect your teeth from cavities...
Take care..!!
Visit your dentist for application of pit and fissure sealant. Good brushing technique ,using a flouridated tooth paste, limited intake of cariogenic food are equally important after that.
Hi there. Prevention of dental caries includes: regular cleaning of the teeth, a diet low in sugar, and have small amounts of fluoride in form if toothpaste or salts( fluoride in small amounts prevents caries but please don't have more as it can lead to fluorosis) Brushing the teeth twice daily , flossing everyday. Use mouth wash regularly after meals to prevent bacterial build up.
