Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes a day which includes either brisk walk or jogging or cycling or freestyle swimming.  Keep BMI < 25, have healthy diet, avoid junk food, red meat, alcohol and smoking.

Aerobic exercises like walking, running, cycling or swimming is good for heart health. Don't smoke. Avoid junk foods .
