Hi sir my aunt had gone thyroidectomy surgery 6 week ago after that she had gone spine surgery for tumor follicular carinoma thyroid metastasis stage 4 she was about to get radio iodine therapy suddenly she developed breathing problem dr advised x ray said she has pneumonia 15 days antibiotic injection iv was given yesterday she suddenly went under cardiogenic shock he bp is up n down

See to predict anything in case of cardiogenic shock we need to see several scoring system
She is already carcinoma with metastatic Patient in that case I assume that she is in very critical condition and She must be on inotrop and other support and if it’s accompanied by cardiogenic shock then Mortality is very high
