Hello,,, it's common having mild concentric hypertrophy of heart in a person with long standing hypertension. When you should concentrate on is whether the BP is under control or not. Well controlled BP will not have much effect on heart. On her heart rate is normal in ECG. When did she have pulse rate of 120?? If so consult a cardiologist.
