Cardiac sarcoidosis

I have been diagnosed with hilar and mediastinal lymadenopathy , my EBUS-TBNA was done and mtb genexpert negative , cytology shows granulomatous inflammation, doctor made diagnosis of sarcoidosis , recently i have been experiencing palpitations , irregular heartbeats , fast heart rate , am i suffering from cardiac sarcoidosis ?

Cardiac sarcoidosis is very rare. However you can get it evaluated by ECG and ECHO. It must be anxiety due to reading more on google.
