Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi My last period date is 22nd October. My pregnancy test is already positive. Under ultrasonic test it is showing small sack but no any cardiac activity. How long we should wait for cardiac activities? Or is their any other issue? Please advice.

Normally cardiac activity is seen by 6 weeks but if it is not seen by that time we always ask for a review scan after 2 weeks. It can also be a late conception according to the menstrual cycle pattern.

Next Steps

Please get a repeat sonography two weeks after the date on which you got the scan done.
