Carcinoma thyroid patient
She underwent thyroidectomy in 2002, she is on medication thyroxine supplementation since 15 years But now her Hb count is 6.5, & with a normal T4,T3 levels but TSH is very low (less than normal range) she is suffering from fatigue, muscle cramps, weight loss. can you suggest any medication for anemia .....(consider thyroxine supplementation)..........????????

Her TSH is low because she is on replacement therapy. Anemia is severe and needs to be treated. Better to find out cause for anemia first.
