Chemo 2 times given and now Dr recommended for radiation.

For carcinoma left alveolus with extensive localised or loco-regional disease, chemotherapy can be used before surgery or radiation to reduce its size, to take care of micro metastasis and to deliver definitive therapy (radiation or surgery) in better way with less side effects.
