Cantbreathe via rightnose
Have had this problem since April 2014. Even got operated in October 2014. Still, the problem remains. I keep on discharging fluids from both my nose and cannot breathe properly.

You had some disease and got operated. Now you again have same problem, which means disease must have recurred again., or may be other reasons.
You need to discuss in detail, to find out the right solution
