I feel very lost. I sleep for more hours but not a sound one. I have lots of dreams even if i head down for 5mins i have dreams. I m fed up of these dreams. I was a very good student ajd used to study for 18hrs but i am not able to study now not even for 4-5 hrs. I have my chartered accountants CA exams in may 2018. I feel lost everytime. I watch tv but i dont like watching tv and at night i just cry that i cant study i even hit myself sometimes out of anger and frustration. I dont feel good when my family does good things and support me cause i feel that i am cheating them as i am not studying and i would fail in my exams. I am facing this since 1 to 2 months. I dont know if i need a counsellor and not but i just dont feel good. Please help guide me as what to do. Sometimes i feel i am a coward and i am running from things. I dont know what to do i just cry i just keep giving execuses i am fed up of these things. These dreams this fear of failing bt still not studying. Kindly help me
