Cant sleep alone in home
Hi doctor, i'm facing a phobia in which i cant sleep alone in room, house etc., For this i has to on light for whole night. If i sleep alone i visualize that someday is under bed, beside doors etc., This is from my child hood. And mainly due to horror movies. But i like to watch them. Plz tell me solu'n for the problem

Hello, You seem to be suffering  from specific phobia. It can be treated with behavioural therapy with or without medications.  Please consult a psychiatrist to start treatment for you to adress  this problem.
