Cant eat spicy stuff
Hello sir. I face difficulty in eating normal spicy food. I've had consulted the nearest physician & had blood test but everything is normal. I don't even have any kind of mouth ulcers. Please help.

May be gastritis. So aviod spicy food for some time lik 45 days.if needs endoscopy may be suggested. Timely food and avoiding eating full stomach and alcohol.try with diet if no relief. Please do endoscopy

Drink more fluids, to help ease the feeling of dry mouth, but avoid carbonated beverages.
Don't use tobacco products.
Avoid alcohol and products with alcohol, as they may irritate the lining of your mouth.
Avoid products with cinnamon or mint.
Avoid spicy-hot foods.
Avoid acidic foods and liquids, such as tomatoes, orange juice, soft drinks and coffee....
