Cannot focus attention at work
29. Male. 5'6". 74 kg. I have been having problems focusing attention at work/study. I feel like I am getting paid less for amount or quantity of work I am supposed to do and I am finding idea of committing to work for next 6 months unsurmountable. Problems started in last year of college when I slowly started finding myself not enjoying movies and tv shows. I also started losing all my emotions and became emotionally numb. My current routine is watching reaction and informative videos on YouTube, surfing twitter, surfing youtube etc. Why is this happening? How to cure this?

If you have a paid job and not liking it, instead of surfing on net unnecessarily,  look for another one. Meanwhile till you find another suitable job, do it well and responsibly. Wherever you work, good work done may not give immediate benefits, but it always gives you a good name. Any time needed in future, your old boss will give you a good reference. Moreover while working well, you learn, earn, gain experience and good name. Therefore focus on your current work howsoever unpleasant and actively in your free time look for another.
