Canker sore/cold sore

There are lot of yellow like spots above the tongue part which some times gives pain.By matching on images i think it is canker sore/ cold sore.Whats should be its cure.Please help with this.

Yellow spots on tongue can be because of low haemoglobin count , vitamin deficiency or also because of poor oral hygiene . Do get your blood test done and consult a general physician or dentist for various vitamin supplements
