Hi...I am not well frm last 2 months..I have all de symptoms which r indicating something vry serious. Plz check out my CBC report n tell me wht can be wrong?

Hi there....the reports are showing very low haemoglobin, platelets and high total count. This can indicate anything from acute bacterial, viral infections to many inflammatory and autoimmune disorders like sle. You will complete clinical examination to look any associated fever, lymphadenopathy, abdominal swelling, bleeding manifestation, burning micturition, etc. Also additional blood tests like iron profile, urine routine peripheral smear, esr, abdominal scan many more. Without delay kindly visit a general physician as soon as possible. You will probably even need admission for a few days
