Can you stop apixaban 2.5mg
My mother was given eliquis 2.5mg since her d dimer post covid was 0.61
One week after eliquis d dimer cams as 0.53.
2 weeks post eliquis use d dimer is 0.35.
Doctor told to complete the 1 month course even if d dimer is normal.
Now only 1 week course is pending.
Just wanted to check is it safe to take eliquis 2.5mg twice if the d dimer is normal now.
Are there any bleeding risks ?
She is currently taking Metformin 500mg twice and multivitamin AtoZ gold.
