Can you diagnose my x Ray
I feel my nose is obstructed my a mass. It sometimes blocks right side of nose sometimes left side. It looks like turbinate hypertrophy but hypertrophy is uni/bilateral but not alternating unilateral.

It is not possible to comment much from your pictures. Doctors do diagnosis and treatment from detailed clinical history, clinical examination and investigation. So please visit ENT surgeon. If required he or she may suggest CT scan of PNS. Then you can have your explanation and treatment plan.
