Can we reverse the plaque build up
Is it possible to reverse the built up of plaque in arteries by a dedicated lifestyle change, clean eating, reduced stress, good sleep and daily exercise ?

Hi, all the above lifestyle will reduce or slower the process of atherosclerosis but may not reverse. Plaques have multiple causes and bad life style is one of the major contributors. To reverse you might need medication but the outcome is also not predictable. I would suggest if you do not have a family history of heart disease If your lipid profile is normal And still you have plaques then please follow a routine heart healthy lifestyle and food. Consult a cardiologist once a year to see the progression of disease Avoid stressful life and prefer meditation Avoid any form of addiction
