I sleep with a sleepy mindset, but cant sleep deep, can't see dreams and can hear each and every sound around me... I wake up early ans feel sleepy, I then feel exhausted and sleep early afternoon and wake up at evening... help me

Fix your sleeping time daily
Keep environment cool and calm
Wear loose and comfortable clothes at night
Switch off tv and mobile before sleeping
Switch off all lights
Do not drink any stimulant after 8 pm like tea, coffee, coldrink, alcohol, stop smoking.
Stop sleeping during afternoon for few weeks.
