IMPRESSION-
Large areas of bone marrow confusion in the medical and lateral femoral and tibial condyies.
Complex grade 3tear in potarior horn of lateral meniscus.
High grade acl tear is noted.
Grade 1 sprain/tear in medical and lateral collateral ligaments.
Mild joint effusion with suprapatellar bursitis.
Sprain of the medial patellar retinaculum.
