Can't differ between spotting or periods

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I had a protected sex two weeks prior to commencement of my periods,but periods were not as always ,I had light brown discharge and a lot heavy red discharge with clots. I don't have any other signs of pregnancy but I am still scared
