  4. Can't breath from nose. A good result.

Actually it's a highly painful situation for me i can't breath from nose easily , if i use nasal spray then it helps me for half a day but , still i don't know why it is happening with me since last year , many time i consulted to doctors but results was not good ( temporary) . hoping for a good result .

You need detailed examination of the nose including nasal endoscopy to assess.
