Can nebulizer for long time
My fathers age is 82. He is suffering from Parkinson's. Doctor suggested nebulize duolin twice and seroflo 250 rotahaler twice. Is nebuliser helpful for long term. Is it lowering blood pressure and increase tremor?

Hello. Tremors due to Duolin nebulisation is a very minor side-effect. The drus benefit way outweighs the side effect. So we do not have to be concerned regarding that. It can be used long term without any issues. However the choice of Seroflo inhaler can be discussed. Do consult a pulmonologist before any change.

do not excessively use duolin it can cause tremor and palpitation .. seroflo is ok ..duolin should be used only in emergency cases

i ll suggest you to switch to nebulizer only instead of seroflo..can try combination of meds there

You can use nebulizer. Nothing to worry about side effects,they are minimal
