Can myopia of eye be ever cured naturall

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have -3 D myopic power in both eye. Is it even true that myopic eyes can ever be cured naturally to even any small extent without any surgery? I have recently heard from people around the world that they have reduced their far-sight power from -8 -5 using following methods:- 1. Wearing lens 0.25 D less than normal what is needed for their eye. 2. Doing eye exercise and following 20-20-20 rule.

The power of the eyes,will increase as per age up to 21to22.if the eye ball growth, increase, the power will grow,upto certain age.it will not be curedby diet and exercises normally. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

There are lot of theories circulating , Powers of -1 D and lesser may reduce with good diet and exercise below 13 years but not proven to reduce otherwise .Lasik is best option at your age
