Hi dear, as a nutritionist I won't recommend paleo diet as it is missing out grains, legumes and dairy products. These are also essential food groups for the kids for development and growth.
So try to include all the food groups in diet and avoid processed and packed food along with deep fried foods.
Encourage your son to play or do exercise daily atleast for 60 min.
