Can lighter periods affect fertility
I'm a 26 y/o. I've had 2 missed miscarriages previously where there was sac but the heartbeat of the embryo was absent. I didn't have any spotting or bleeding during this time. I had to do MTP the first time and the second time D&E. I've a regular 28 day cycle, but my periods flow lasts only for 2 days. We did all the hormone panel, vitamins tests and we even did karyotyping for both the parents as well as the foetus of the second miscarriage. All of them turned to be normal. Does this have anything to do with the 2 day period flow or the endometrial lining?  I'm currently on MCBM-69 and Vitanum D3 supplements.
