Can Ipill and dronis 30 be taken togethe
My partner has recently started dronis 30 from this month for her pcos .(5th day of period) as adviced by her gynae. Today is the fourth day of medication . The condom broke while we were intimate(8th day of period)..does she need to take ipill for contraception or is taking dronis 30 enough

Dronis is enough. No need for I pill if she is taking Dronis regularly and not missed pills

For this medicine to act as a contraceptive has to be taken from day 1 not day 5 If you take it from day 5 contraceptive benefit starts after 7 days  so day  8 is unprotected
