There is not any problem with medicines to take with homeopathic medicine but you should have to consult homeopathic doctor.
If Homeopath has problem then avoid it.

Yes, you can take ayurveda medicines also. It doesn't show any negative results but it is better to maintain atleast half an hour gap between them.
