Can I take eecp treatment?
As of now I have no heart related problems but as a precautionary treatment can I do eecp treatment. My age is 42 years / male. Not exercising and too much work stress and sitting aprox 10 to 11 hrs a day.
My height is 5.85 and weight 86.

See ,if there is no problem then why you want to go for recommend test. Some people have found some side effects after taking this treatment. Like
Fatigue
Muscle aches
Skin irritation
And many more.
Better to opt for healthy diet and some activity which keeps you fit even when there is no time for exercise
