Can I take Creatine?
I am a diabetic type 2 patient from last 6 years and usually, my sugar level is around 105 (fasting) and 120-130 (PP). I am taking Geminor M2 Forte - half in the morning and half in the evening. I am physically quite active and I am quite into muscles training. I wanted to understand that is it safe for the diabetic patient to consume Creatine while working out?

If you are asking about to take fruits and vegetables that is rich in vitamins and proteins , the answer is yes if your kidneys are functioning well, Compromised kidneys can’t eliminate end product of metabolism .. creatinine is an end product of metabolism and it is toxic You can’t overload normal kidneys unless it’s damaged , it’s a mis consumption, each kidney has about 1 million nephrons , only 10% of them work at given point of time.

No it’s not safe to take creatinine for diabetic patients. As creatinine adds extra stress on the kidneys which are already under stress in diabetes. So better to avoid it. Even in exercise need to do cardio exercise and strength training instead of heavy weight training.
