Can I take Azithral 500 or Augmentin 625
I have got tonsillitis with white patches in my throat and I have taken novamax 500 two nights but it doesn't work effectively. Should I stop using it and try Azithromycin (Azithral 500) for next 3days? Augmentin 625 Duo or Azithral 500 which can best treat tonsillitis?

augmentin 625 will be better for your condition as azithral is bacteriostatic & might increase your gut motility , resulting in diarrhoea.
Also do consider regular gargles with salt & water.
