Can i take Ashwagnadha,Shatavri,Kaunch ?

Can i take Ashwagadha,shatavari,kaunch beej,Safed muesli powder combination to enhance my sexual wellness and stress managment.? I have high TSH values around 19. I have been recommended 50 mcg tablets daily. So can i take that combo in the night? Will it not hamper my thyroid issue? Please suggest
