Can i stop using aldactone suddenly

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I used isotroin-20 for around its leads to pcod for me.so they gave me to use aldactone-50 due to this I was getting breast pain.i want to stop this because I was facing many issues.can I stop it right away or I have to reduce the dosage and stop ha.
