Hi,
I was facing infertility from last 1 year and all my reports were normal then doctor suggested me to go through mantoux test which was positive then to confirm IGRA test was done which was also positive since then I have been taking AKT-4 from 25th Aug now I have repeated IGRA test values are less now. Can you please confirm do I need to continue medicine now or should I repeat test after some days. Indurance was 22*18mm.
Please note I dont have any symptoms of TB other than infertility tubes test was also normal.

Once Att started,pl continue the full course of Att for 6 months.pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.

Yes you have to continue till minimum period of 6 months, however in abdominal and urogenital TB the treatment period can be extended till 9 months also,it will depend on evaluation by your treating Physician, Take care and follow up regularly
