Can i increase dose of met xl
Due to sinus Tachycardia one of the doctor advised me to take met xl 12.5 i am taking it for few days now but still my avg resting pulse rate is 90bpm. although it reduced from 100 to 90 bpm but doing normal task hike it to 105-110 can i increase dose from 12.5 to 25 mg(met xl) and for how long?

Pulse rate going up with physical activity is a normal response. No meed to increase your dose. Rather work on increasing your vagal tone to naturally reduce heart rate. Regular endurance exercise would help

Yes you can take 25 mg . Take it for atleast a month. Try to stop it gradually.
