Hi.. yes u can get an UTI when are pregnant. All the above symptoms indicate that you do have an urinary infection. But not to worry it can be treated . Moreover there are some remedies that can be done to lessen the symptoms and prevent further episodes of UTI - Keep yourself well hydrated- drink plennty of fluids( at least 2-3 litres of water and another 1-2 litres of tender coconut, juices like cranberry,pomegranate, buttermilk) - avoid publiv bathrooms as much as possible and if at all u do have to use make sure the toilet seats are clean or u can use a santiser spray \ - do not control urine for more than 6 hours because that gives time for bacteria to grow U should consult with an obstetrician so that they can prescribe u something for the pain and a syrup that can alkanize the urine and reduce its acidity hence reducing the irritation. And since u have mentioned reddish urine(which suggests increased severity of the UTI) i would also advise you to go for a urine routine and culture & sensitivity so that based on the report the obstetrician can suggest u an antibiotics.
