My parents do not have any blood related issue till date. They are 60years of age. I do have minor anemia issues my hemoglobin is around 10.6 hb. My reports show increase in rdw 15, mean platelet volume 13.4, mch 23, mcv 69, pcv 32. Is there a chance that i could have thalassemia or other blood related disorders.

No need to think of thalassemia
minor anaemia issues can be due to a lot of things, i don't think you've that. And don't think of that hb either, at 32 I'm presuming you're a menstruating girl, reason could be that too. Rest i need reports to answer in more details and advice on medications or diet( if needed)
