Hello, Alcohol is not recommended specially after you already had a heart disease. Alcohol can raise your BP and cause rhythm disturbances if exceeded a particular quantity. I can not recommend alcohol but if you want to take it , the type of alcohol hardly matters. Do not exceed 2 small pegs of whisky or 650 ml of beer at a time. Take care. Stay safe.

If you are committed to medicine. Alcohol doesn't have much side effects if you use it socially. We can't recommend But not much bad if used with caution. You are the driver for your life everything comes at a cost and you pay for it so choose wisely.

As much as possible, please don’t consume alcohol. Alcohol may increase the BP, may cause rhythm disturbances of the heart and may cause gastritis which may be confused with heart pain.
Next Steps
If you have to take, beer is better because of low alcohol percentage.
