Advice for Change in medication
I was undergone angioplasty in 2010 and lateron developed diabetes and was also on diabetic medication (GP2 twice a day) with BP medication of motoprolol 50mg and Ecosprin AV 20. Now three months before I diagnosed with fatty liver. My weight was 85 kg before three months. Thereafter by doing intermittent fasting for about three months I lost 11 kg weight by doing exercise and brisk walking and lifestyle changes. I stopped diabetic medicines gradually due to low sugar levels. Now my fasting sugar level remains around 130. I also reduced motoprolol from 50mg to 25mg and Ecosprin AV 20 alternate days. My BP remains normal about 60/105. Pl suggest can I further reduce BP medicine as I am facing vertigo type in head while I suddenly stand from sitting.

Post angioplasty it's good to continue metoprolol . Please monitor your BP in sitting, standing to know whether you have orthostatic hypotension.
