Fungal infection requires antifungal treatment. Food does not play a part in this type of infection. You can eat whatever food you like but definitely get antifungal treatment as you seem to be having this issue since a long time. Try to include antioxidants in your diet.

Hi you belong to the group of poor fighters of fungal infections. This is because your immune system is unable to fight the fungus and get rid of it. What you eat has no bearing on the fungal infection. So by all means eat non veg food. The treatment for this recurrent fungal infections is prolonged course of anti fungal medications along with immune booster treatments. I find very good results in patients of your type with an immune boosting drug that specifically targets the t cell immunity. This has shown wonderful benefits. You can connect me via Juvenis Clinic in Mumbai for a video consultation.
