Last six month change in bowel habits.....CEA 2.1...CA19.9- 6 Family history colon cancer But when I do fobt test with dietary restriction the results comes out negetive...three month ago I do fobt three time in alternative day all results comes negetive... please see my stool sample can I considers it's a black tarry stool

No. As you have family history of colon cancer you will be require colonoscopy as screening tool. Rest test are not sensitive enough to detect cancer
